Welcome to Scale Fusion!

The Scale Fusion system bridges the gap between the production line and the back office. It automates the production line process so the right label gets on the right box with the right information on it. It speeds the inventory process by capturing data in real time, and simplifes the warehousing operation by having everything bar coded and ready for scanning into the warehouse.

Scale Fusion software has 3 main functions, labeling, inventory, and invoicing. Click Here to see a sample unit. Click below to watch a video.

The first function is the scale interface and label generation. The scale operation is run by the software. It is built to be used with a touch screen, so no keyboard or mouse is required. The weights from the scale and Product data from the database are used to print labels. It uses standard label generation software (like Label Matrix or Bartender) so you control the format of the labels for each product.

The second part of Scale Fusion is an inventory and shipping system. As product is weighed, the weight and related information is saved in a database and is added to inventory. Labels are produced with bar codes that can be scanned by the shipping department as they are loaded (or staged). The scanner then updates the pc and the product is removed from inventory. Shipping documents can be printed with this information like Bills of Lading and packing slips. Inventory can be mananged because product is added as soon as it is produced, and relieved as the shipping department loads trucks.

The third part of Scale Fusion is adding customers and orders to the database and as orders are entered, demand can be determined, and as product is shipped and orders processed, pricing can be added and invoices can be generated (or transactions fed to an invoicing system).
